It’s been nearly two years since I retired this blog… Yet the readership of spinningmixes continues to climb! As such, I am excited to publish a new 16-song, 60-minute workout mix (see below), and I do so to raise money for a charitable cause. I sincerely hope that you can help me with this effort.
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune disease that affects the brain and spinal cord — and ultimately, stops people from moving. Sadly, scientists have not yet found a cure for MS, but the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) is working hard to make sure they do.
In support of this mission, next month I am participating in Bike MS, the nation’s largest organized cycling event. Our collective goal is to raise at least $2 million for the NMSS. I ask you to help the NMSS address the challenges of people whose lives are affected. Please donate to the cause.
You have been a fantastically supportive and loyal audience of this blog. I now ask you to extend your generosity and donate $5, $10, $20, or $50 to my Bike MS sponsorship page. If you have ever found Power 10 Spinning to be fun, informational, or instructive, please contribute to the cause of finding a cure for MS.
I thank you in advance! And now, here’s the “Ride for Change” 60 Minute Spinning Mix!
